The heart of the home is a modern, fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the appliances, utensils, and cookware you’ll need. The dining area comfortably seats 10, perfect for family meals and game nights. The common area is bathed in natural light and features a smart TV for all your favorite streaming services.

**☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆**

Step outside to enjoy the screened porch and spacious outdoor area with seating and a fire pit, perfect for evening gatherings. With easy access to the beach and community amenities, including two resort-style pools, playground, dog park, dining, and more you’ll have plenty of options for fun and relaxation.

Guest will receive access code for self check-in 3 days prior to reservation date.

* Golf cart agreement must be signed for use of golf cart. If the golf cart is used without signed liability form guest may incur an additional $500 fee and non-refundable cancellation of remainder of reservation.

*This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 12+ months, well trained, and housebroken. Pet fee is $200/per pet (non-refundable). Free parking for 2 vehicles is available on the premises, additional parking can be arranged upon request.

*Boat and trailer parking are not allowed.
*Please be aware, the owners have a recording Ring doorbell on the front door and exterior camera on the garage.
*Community amenity closures (I.e pool, playground, restaurants, etc.) and inclement weather are not within our control and do not result in a refund.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
