7. Check-out time must be adhered to as agreed upon in the reservation agreement, failure to do so may result in additional charges or legal action being taken against you by Our Porch staff or other local authorities if necessary.
8. By using our services, you agree that Our Porch is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to you or your belongings while staying at one of our properties.
